The TETTRIs (Transforming European Taxonomy through Training, Research and Innovations) project is a Horizon Europe Innovation Action that aims to strengthen European taxonomic capacity through research, training, innovation, and knowledge transfer. Bringing together natural history museums, taxonomic institutions, citizen science organisations, and other stakeholders, TETTRIs develops the knowledge, systems, and services needed to overcome the taxonomic impediment and support biodiversity conservation across Europe.
The TETTRIs Collection brings together the scientific outputs produced within the project, including datasets, software descriptions, methodological papers, training materials, protocols, and other research products that contribute to the project's objectives. Publications included in this collection document the development, validation, and dissemination of innovative approaches, digital tools, taxonomic resources, and knowledge transfer mechanisms that improve the accessibility, interoperability, and application of taxonomic knowledge. The collection provides a central entry point to TETTRIs outputs, enhancing their visibility, findability, and long-term reuse by researchers, policymakers, practitioners, and the wider biodiversity community.
The creation of this collection was supported by the TETTRIs project (Transforming European Taxonomy through Training, Research and Innovations), funded by the European Union's Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Programme under Grant Agreement No. 101081903.
