Harnessing the power of nature through PROductive MIcrobial CONsortia in biotechnology - measure, model, master
Sort by:
Edited by Jens O. Krömer
The PROMICON RIO Collection presents outcomes from the EU Horizon 2020 project PROMICON (PROductive MIcrobial CONsortia in biotechnology). The project aims to transform biotechnology by applying natural microbiome principles, fostering a shift from monocultures to mixed cultures. PROMICON adopts a dual approach, learning from natural microbiomes (top-down) and creating synthetic microbiomes (bottom-up). The transformative concepts developed by PROMICON are expected to impact the bio-economy sector, with ongoing insights provided through the evolving RIO Collection.
