This collection brings together all outputs related to the Animal Landscape and Man Simulation System (ALMaSS). ALMaSS combines highly detailed landscape simulation together with agent-based and sub-population models to create a rich a detailed representation of social-ecological systems. Development of ALMaSS is a multi-disciplinary and multi-national endeavour bringing together ecologists, software engineers, geographers, social scientists and a range of subject specialists to create the specific models making up the system. The development of ALMaSS started over 20 years ago supported by Danish national funding, and continues today primarily supported by EU funding from a range of projects.
