One Project Leader (shown in bold) will oversee each of the three major outreach activities in collaboration with other Project Leaders and collaborators. All Project Leaders will collaborate in education and training activities. A Managing Director and Co-Managing Director, along with an information management team, will ensure data are managed properly, and will coordinate communication; research, education and training, and outreach activities; the evaluation of those activities; and reporting functions. The External Science Advisory Board contributes to evaluation and provides feedback on research, education and training, as well as outreach.
