Workflow from closed data to Open Data following the FAIR principles – using participatory formats such as Wikidata training and edit-a-thons. Edit-a-thons can be customised to fit the needs of different user groups, for example, the number of participants, the type of participation (in person, hybrid or virtual) and the length of the event. Different user groups included MfN staff members from different departments, researcher and colleagues from other GLAM institution, citizen scientists, volunteers and other interested parties.
